Quick answers about using GaoCuba.
-
How do I list a property?
Create an account, add photos and location, and submit for review. Listings go live after moderation.
-
How do I contact a seller?
Open a listing and use Me interesa or the contact options on the page. Never send money before visiting the property.
-
What is Me interesa on WhatsApp?
We can route your interest through GaoCuba so the seller is notified while keeping your number private when that mode is enabled.
-
How do I stay safe?
Meet in person, verify ownership, and avoid wire transfers to strangers. Report suspicious listings to us.
-
Is the price negotiable?
The published price is usually a starting point. Contact the seller with your offer. GaoCuba does not negotiate for you.
-
How do I schedule a visit?
Use the phone or WhatsApp on the listing, or send interest. Agree on a time and place, go with someone you trust, and do not pay before you see the property.
-
What documents should I check?
Ask to see proof of ownership and, for a purchase, the notary steps in Cuba. GaoCuba does not replace a notary and does not confirm legal title.
-
How do I create a real-estate agency?
Sign in, open Account → Agency, and follow the steps to create your public agency page. You can invite brokers and publish listings under your brand.
-
How do I offer home services (moving, repairs, etc.)?
Go to Home services → Offer a service, fill in your business details and categories, and submit. We review each profile before it appears in the directory.
